Not sure how well this will work for ink, but I have used small-diameter he=
at-shrink tubing that I have shrunk as tubing.  PVC probably wouldn't work =
so well but is cheap and available at Radio Shack.  Other types would work =
better (polyolefin, Teflon).

You can also get wire sleeving in Teflon in various gauges.
