Hi George, You can buy it off a tubing / plastics supplier, but maybe not in small= =20 quantities. Find your size and then as for a sample, please? Electrical=20 Adhesive Heatshrink is available which shrinks down to 1mm. Also 1/16" and= =20 1/8" tube with a 3:1 shrink ratio. Solid core cable with PVC insulation is= =20 available with 0.5 mm ID upwards. You cut a bit over the length that you=20 want and strip the ends. Then you put one wire end in a vice and pull the= =20 other end with pliers to stretch the wire, maybe by 20%. This shrinks the= =20 copper and you can then pull the wire out easily. You can get larger=20 diameter wires.=20 I can buy 2mm silicone rubber insulating sheathing for wires. I can als= o=20 buy wires with silicone rubber sleeving. . Hope that this helps, Regards,=20 Chris = From: George Bush <ke6pxp@.......>
