There most probably is already a detector out there
built on this principal but could  be within the
military domain only since they tend
to be 20 years ahead of the/us  regular people.
It would be a horizontal device only since
Id have no idea how to use such a thing
vertically.
Experience has taught me over the years
people can see the laws of physics in ways
not everyone is able.
This levitation thing looks totally possible
and if it looks possible to me most likely
in some laboratory somewhere on Earth
exists a Prototype.
