Hey Len,

I was wondering about that. I noticed the ink seemed to pool up at onset of
the quake but then was more controlled as the quake progressed. I'm using
the Schaeffer Skrip ink which someone from PSN recommended. Is there
something better?

Here's another recording from a bay area event where the ink made the quake
come out more prominent:

Maybe it has something to do with the speed at which the stylus is swinging
during the quake? Slower means more ink?

Hi Kareem, a very nice photo! but go to a local office supply store like
Staples and purchase stamp pad refill ink...Over the years of using
capillary pen recorders, you cannot beat the performance and price of this
medium dry ink. Available in black or blue
