Not been following SD earthquakes but this is my experience with AR and 
OK; look at the sight 
http://folkworm.ceri.memphis.edu/recenteqs/Quakes/quakes0.html, this 
individual rates the quality of quake recorded. If it is rated "fair" 
and at depths of 3 to 7 km,  in most cases, you will be able to find a 
drilling sight within 2000 ft of the quake's epicenter ..... even the 
ones in Virginia. Most State geologic depts have GIS positioning on 
drilling permits. Some make it harder than others to find the data but
