Thomas, have you got the right polarity for the 1pps signal?

The Oncore modules I've played with have a 1pps transitioning from low to Hi
at the UTS, If Larry inverts that then the default in WinSDR (Hi to Low)
will work, if he doesn't then you need to unselect that.
Have you got the correct Oncore comms protocol selected>? 
Choices are BINARY or NMEA

The last two weeks or so the WinSDR is showing an "N" the whole 24 hrs. 
The timing unit is an Oncore unit (from Larry). At first, I thought it 
was sunspots but there is no lock even in the dead of night. Anyone have 
this proble?
