Hi Jim,
Have you tried the 32-Bit version? It shouldn't make a difference but who knows...
Also, make sure you are running WinSDR as an Administrator. When you open the Systems
Settings dialog box one of the things it does is get a list of available Comm Ports.
You may need Admin privileges to run this code. All of my development work on WinSDR
and WinQuake is done in 64-Bits so I know it works fine under Windows 7 and XP 64-Bit
OSs. I'm not sure about Vista as I do not run this version of Windows.
