Winsdr can be set up to display a signal with a filter, this will not 
harm the raw data ;)

Just how is this done?

And, at least one of my posts showed far more extensive filtering than I 
either wanted or had within WinQuake....what went wrong?

I still say I am very satisfied with the filtering within WinSDR. My 
displayed image looks just like the USIN seismometers 30 miles away.
