As far as I understand the new Winsdr does not support TCP/IP server/client
yet, am I right?

Hi Barry,

WinSDR does not filter the data once saved to disk. All of the filtering is
done in 
real-time as the data comes in. With the new version the user has the option
of 
saving both the raw data and filtered data by adding a second derived
channel.
