I am at 113 degrees with the US Transportable Array stations currently
surrounding my location.  I also see what appears to match the professional
stations but when I put the event in WinQuake no phases agree with what I
see.  The trace appears to fall almost midway between the P and S markers
placed from the event report.   I note that switching tables does not seem
to get correct phases for me either.  When I go to the USGS arrival time
calculator I find that the PP phase appears to be the better match.
