Hey thanks for the tip on GEE. I got the manuel on my tablet but I can't
download the program ... I have to remove some programs first. I don't
have enough memory on the HD drive right now. Boy, my computer got real
lazy when I ask it to download that program. Remember the earthquake
outside of Washington, DC? Well, there are wells being drilled within 30
miles of the Washington Monument and fracking going on.
                                                                     Tom

                Thomas,

Do you mean Mt Rushmore when
                      you say Washington Monument ?
If
so yes there is fracking to the southwest and
probably to the west on the Wyoming side
                      of the
border but not shown on the map.  We had a couple
                      of quakes about 90km
south of the monument last year but I would not
                      relate them to fracking.
I figured at least a mile from a well and that
                      well is listed as dry
hole/plugged.  There is also a long fault coming
from the east in Nebraska .  I
                      think North
                          Dakota will be the
real test.  There is no earthquake history
                      documented up there and now
thousands of wells are going in over a short time
                      period fracking the Bakken
formation.  I found this resource for the future.
