James-
I may be able to help if you can't find a lower hinge and have to
make one. My hobbies are PSN, model railroads, and amateur machine
shops. I have a precision mill, drill press and lathe and would be
glad to try to make you a hinge.
Please send me a drawing or picture, or even send me the old part so
I can see what you need and it's dimensions and I will try to make
something for your instrument.
