I may be able to help if you can't find a lower hinge  and have to 
make one. My hobbies are PSN, model railroads, and amateur machine 
shops. I have a precision mill, drill press and lathe and would be 
glad to try to make you a hinge.

Please send me a drawing or picture, or even send me the old part so 
I can see what you need and it's dimensions and I will try to make 
something for your instrument.
