I was bidding my time while waiting for my wife this morning when I 
stumbled onto this subject on several sites ... some are the same info:

There is a funny taste in my mouth over this; as if this was a made-up 
thing.  There is a small "quake" on my records around 14:11 of this date 
here in the Midwest. Nothing I even processed. My log shows that a 
strong low was crossing into Pennsylvania at that time; that might 
explain some of the noise they claim.  I have seen data links go down
