Butttt, Also, I hear tell, from them who knows,
In arizona some towns are trying to replenish the water table
which is being used faster than it can naturally be replenished.
There are large cracks which tear through the landscape
as ground water is extracted. You must be careful if you buy Property
in Arizona because of this. And, you rarely are allowed
any water or mineral rights even if you bought the property.
Arizona is not the place to buy property unless you are very very rich.
I guess, the world is overpopulated and there just is not
enough good land for everyone.
