   Unfortunately, here in Australia and in New Zealand that
seems to be the way 

too.  Unless you have a BSc or PhD after your name, the data you can
provide, 

no matter how accurate, means diddly squat to them.

   Now I wont paint ALL professionals with that brush, as we
know there is 

lots of good interaction !   But it does seem to be a majority
that are not interested
