Dave,

I use NCFTP http://www.ncftp.com/ncftp as suggested by John Lahr on his
website several years back. I have used it in 2 ways but the simplest is
just to create a batch file with a command line stating the input file and
the destination file and schedule it with windows scheduler. If you need
more commands to create and format the graphic before uploading they can be
placed in a small program with system calls to the required programs and the
upload as the final step. An example of this is creating 2 helicorder
screen shots, merging them into a 2 or more channel graphic and uploading
the result as a single image. I used Image Magick www.
imagemagick.org which is also command line
driven to merge 2 bitmaps and output a single png image. All are free
programs and very easy to use.
