Barry,

Since you have been working with this stuff, you may want to try the 
latest, Oct 21 version.

There have been a few small revisions to the Excel workbook, but 
mainly I added a section to the pdf that walks you through how to use 
its various features.  Might be really helpful when using it for the 
first time.

Apologies for the moving target, though I expect this will be the 
last significant update for a while.
