I have discovered over the past few years
that being administrator does not always give
the user full permissions.
this seems particularly true if you do
security updates. these security updates
seem to be playing with permissions througout
the windows system.

geoff

p.s. if you have drm stuff (movies, books, music)
don't touch permissions or you might loose everything
you paid for. if you know how to restore drm
without a lot of fuss, id sure like to know.
