i had the same trouble and since the computer time
is not critical i just windows set itself with
one of the many time servers. you can find additional time
servers by searching the net. find one closest to your
physical location by arin data base. cant trust
internet always to tell location. sometimes
it just shows the admin location and not the servers.
punch the ip address into the arin web site and it tells
everything you never wanted but need to know.
