I have been accessing the following site to retrieve data from a local BUD 
station. Recently I have found that their minute selection is not working. Only 
data in hour increments is available. Have you had a similar problem? I tried 
contacting the USGS but they said they would look into it. That's where their 
help ended. It normally isn't a problem unless the event occurs after 23:00 UTC. 
I don't think it's my system or computer. Has anyone had a similar problem?
