Hi Gary,

You should be able to use these two event reports

US Web Report - 
exe:getreport|http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsus/Quakes/quakes_all.php

and

World Web Report - 
exe:getreport|http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsww/Quakes/quakes_all.php

You will need to download the current version of WinQuake if you do not see this 
report lines in your copy of WQ. You can download the current version from here:

32-Bit WinQuake
http://www.seismicnet.com/software/wq330b_32bit.exe

64-Bit WinQuake
http://www.seismicnet.com/software/wq330b_64bit.exe
