Hi Jón,

I don't know what you consider "cheap", but you might consider RLL 
Instruments VolksMeter.  It combines the functions of a seismometer and 
tiltmeter.  Currently priced at US$1245 for a single channel (X) instrument 
and US$1795 for a two-channel (X-Y) unit.  The VolksMeter comes with WinSDR 
and WinQuake software.  For more info, see rllinstruments.com.
