Hi Everyone,

I finally got around to updating the documentation for the current release of WinSDR. 
Since the html files are now update to date I made a new release. The version number 
is 4.6.9. More information about the release and download link can be found on this 
page: http://www.seismicnet.com/winsdr/. This page 
http://www.seismicnet.com/winsdr/winsdr4x.html has some release notes about the new 
version.
