Hi Barry,

One thing you can try is to edit the winsdr.ini file and change the CommPort line to: 
CommPort=3

I don't think you will see any difference between the 32 and 64 bit version of WinSDR 
or WinQuake. The main difference between programs running under Windows 64 is an 
application like WinSDR can address more then 4G. Since WinSDR and WinQuake use only 
a few 100 megs at most you really don't need more the a few gig to run Windows and 
WinSDR efficiently.
