Hi Larry,

The ability to search the text of all of the messages would be the most 
valuable feature you could add.  I don't know if any of the search 
programs are free, so the software expense could be a problem.

If all of the messages were in individual files, then one could
create a "search engine" of sorts based on the grep command.
