Tried John Lahr's USGS web site:

for this central america quake.
The Seismicity Viewer is still slow loading (probably because
of this quake computer overload).
The Earthquake Alarm shows "Not Found", but, the audio
signal came through regardless about 15:01 utc.  It sounds
like a finch here.
