     Your email to USGS:Ask-A-Geologist about how to obtain a long-period
seismograph was relayed to me by the USGS. I would have recommended that you check
out the Public Seismic Network (PSN) Redword City website 
but I have already seen you exhanging email with PSN members on the PSN listserver.
So I presume you have by now had your original questions answered. Good luck with
the Lehman seismograph that you are building. Do you know Kees Verbeek? (see below)
