   Thanks for your response. Does the noise immunity of digital signals still
apply at radio frequencies? I was thinking of modems vs transievers.
   BTW It seems like the VBB that I set up about 10 months ago has reasonably
stabilized. That is, the leaf spring is essentially not creeping slowly down. I
haven't adjusted it in a month or better. I set up another one about 4 months
ago. I'll see if it responds similarily.
