Hi Francesco and other beta testers,

Please down the software again. You have the wrong version. After
downloading and installing the new exe, verify that you have the proper
version by opening the About dialog box (Help/About menu items). You should
see the release date of 10/14/99.

If you still have the same problem, your system does not have a default
browser defined. Go to the Control Panel and open the Internet Options
dialog box. I think you can open this dialog box from within IE somewhere
in the menu items. Select the program tap and make sure the "Internet
Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser" check box
is checked. If you restart IE it should fix the problem. You will also need
to restart WQ.
