After searching around I found this website
http://volcano.ipgp.jussieu.fr:8080/guadeloupe/stationgua.html
which seems to be the official website for the Martinique and Guadeloupe
Volcano Observatories. Visit it only if you can read and understand
french. Guadeloupe and Martinique are french overseas territories in the
Caribbean.
