Bob,

Make sure that the psnexplorer.exe file is in the same directory as the
winqk32.exe file, and then restart WinQuake. When WQ first starts up it
tests to see if the psnexplorer file is present. If it is, the PSN Explorer
menu item should be accessible. Please let me know if this doesn't fix the
problem.
