Hi JD,

Your location system is very interesting and has the advantage of selecting 
a location
that has had past seismicity.  Only rare earthquakes break new ground.

Maybe the NEIC should set up a web page using a teleseismic location 
program that
would generate an earthquake location from a set of P arrivals.  It's food 
for thought,
anyway.
