Now it has been over 24 hours and the NEIC still has not reported this
quake!  Don't get me wrong, I'm NOT blaming them, just pointing out
that it is frustrating not knowing more about something that shows up
on so many seismograms around the world.  Thankfully, the Russian's
never sleep!  They are the only agency that reported this quake!
