Yes, I know about NTP. First you need to know that the data is time stamped
at the A/D converter board, not when the data gets to WinSDR. This means
there is a lot of electronics and software between the time reference source
over the internet and the A/D board. Using WWV, with fair to good reception
a few hours a day, or GPS will be more reliable. I do have code in WinSDR
and the A/D board that can use NTP, but I haven't had time to test it.
