Thanks for testing it. I didn't change anything after I sent my initial
message, but my firewall (ZoneAlarm Pro) had a message this morning that it
had blocked WinSDR from connecting. I checked the configuration and I'd
forgotten to allow it access to the Internet as a client (most servers need
this, at least to connect to DNS servers). I don't know why it didn't
block access the first time. If you have time, could you try it again and
let me know if it works now.
