Only the city name and location can be changed. The ASCII CITY.DAT file can
be edited using notepad etc. Each line has the following format:
Name, Latitude, Longitude, Mark_Type, Display_Point
Currently the Mark_Type is always 1 and the Display_Point is when to display
the name based on the zoom setting. You will need to play around with this
number so that the city name shows up at the right time.
