Mucho Gracious Senior,

I was able to download the pdf file, it took a minute or so.

I watched the download through the Task Manager Network screen
and got a funny sawtooth waveform as it downloaded.
It would go linear up to a high download rate
then drop vertically to a low rate where it
started the same thing all over again about four times in all.
The real average speed seemed about 60 seconds in duration.

I will look at it later.
