Well there are a number of PSN messages in my mail but I'll thank Jerry for
this link. I was looking at it and it has several user issues with it
however, if you check on the grayed out buttons in the upper right corner
that look dead you will realize they are actually a live links( 10 points
off for each user issue). Click on both and you will see different maps and
levels of data.

That opened OK for me...BUT... it has been replaced with:
http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/
