Larry, I downloaded the new WinSDR but I think I see a problem. The UTC
time displayed in my gif file
is off by 14 hours and the Local time is off by 10 hours. My GPS is locked

Now, it's highly likely I've missed something very obvious and this may yet
again be the case!
Also, in the next release, would you consider changing the GMT label to
UTC? I've had some emails
asking why the time is reported in GMT when others use UTC. No big deal.
