Make sure you have the proper time zone selected in the Date/Time dialog box
in the Control Panel and that you have the computer's time set to local
time. If you still are having a problem I will need to send you a test
program that you can run on your system that will help debug the problem. On
the UTC / GMT display; I when back and forth on this one. I used the
heliplots on one of the USGS servers as an example. There they used GMT. I
will change it back to UTC...
